This position is responsible for managing/directing the daily activities of Montgomery County Sales Stores. The incumbent is a qualified, individual producer who applies a strong knowledge of auditing practices and procedures, daily financial reporting with only general supervision.

REPRESENTATIVE PRINCIPAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES

Provides direct support to Customer Service Cashiers for error/problem resolution

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Provides direction to employees according to established policies and management guidance

Frequently interacts with functional peer groups

Frequently interacts with Client

Works on issues where analysis of situation or data requires review of relevant factors and exercises judgment within defined procedures and policies to determine appropriate action

Provides feedback/performance reviews on a periodic basis.

Performs administrative duties including time reporting

Reconciles daily transactions in the form of checks, electronic fund transfers (EFT) and credit card transactions

Completes reports and distributes daily.

HOURS

Monday - Friday. 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

EXPERIENCE/ REQUIREMENTS:

Spanish/English bilingual preferred.

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a leadership role.

Strong customer service skills

Excellent team coaching, training, facilitation and developmental skills

Analytical and interpretive skills

Ability to successfully perform monthly audits and create financial reports

Ability to work in a team environment. May require covering for a peer at a similar site, so personal transportation is a plus.

Proficient in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Outlook

Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies.

All other duties as assigned.
