Production Technician

Installation of decals and communication systems
Attach natural gas tanks to trucks, generators and transmissions
Lifting up to 50lbs
Scaffolding used when installing decals to top of truck (OSHA approved and caged)
Sitdown forklift -- exp. f/l operators preferred, will train and certify on-site
**Move trucks on lots - manual stick (not sure we can do this, don't they have to have a CDL and go through transportation for this)?
Possibly light welding, cutting (not all employees, will specify if needed)

PPE:
Steel toe required
Glasses, gloves, dust masks(?) provided by Fontaine Modification

Pay/Hours:
Positions are temp/hire, eligible for increase once perm
Pay $12.00
Hours: M-F, 6:00am -- 2:30pm (OT required as needed, typically during the week a couple hours or Saturdays, try not to work on Sundays but may from time to time)

1. Basic mechanical skills 2. Requires supervision and/ or specific direction on most tasks. 3. Expected to handle some drilling and bolt-on type modifications. 4. Ability to route and clip necessary wiring or lines. 5. Ability to perform light fabrication of affiliated bracketry to complete routing and clipping. 6. Basic tools required.
