About this job
Northland Laboratories, is seeking a qualified Accountant at our corporate offices in Northbrook, IL for 6 weeks (July 20 through August 24).. The right candidate must have proven success in accounting, and at least three years of previous experience. Candidate must also have previous office experience and be proficient in Microsoft Suite.
Job responsibilities include maintaining records of assets, liabilities, profit and loss, tax liability, or other financial activities within organization. Maintain general ledger as needed. Analyze financial data in order to prepare financial reports. Generate and interpret budgets and financial records and statements for management. Monitor and manage payables and receivables
Qualifications, Education and Experience
The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance, a minimum of 4 to 5 years experience working in accounting or an accounting firm, and be proficient in Microsoft Suite.
