Job Description:
The Attorney Development Specialist supports the registration and retention of the law firm customer base through outbound calls and emails, response to internal inquiries and training support. This role also supports the development and implementation of new policies and procedures and continuous improvement objectives by supporting internal projects for the Operations team.

Accountabilities:
1. Facilitate registration of new law firms, attorneys and non-legal vendors to CounselLink application
2. Documentation of relevant law firm related activity
3. Support client and internal implementation teams in application roll out
4. Support Customer Service consultant team with law firm add-on requests
5. Assist in designing and distributing communication to law firm customers
6. Support the Professional Services new hire onboarding program
7. Support timely resolution of issues through appropriate escalation to Management
8. Participate in new release testing
9. Develop and maintain relationships with enabling functions (Customer Support, Professional Services, Sales) to facilitate effective collaboration and execution of organizational objectives

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree
2. Telephonic sales experience preferred
3. Legal industry experience preferred
4. Proven success in customer facing role
5. Ability to meet deadlines with accuracy
6. Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
7. Proven ability to work in cross functional team environment
8. Strong organizational and time management skills
9. Strong process and continuous improvement focus
10. Advanced computer skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint
