Currently seeking a full-time .Net Web Developer/Analyst with 3 - 5 years of experience working on transactional Internet Web sites. Candidates must meet the following qualifications:• Proficiency in developing front end pages and backend web services using languages specified below• Ability to prototype new functionality when required • Must be current with Industry trends for development• Ability to estimate effort and high level work required for projects of varying sizes and levels of complexity• Ability to analyze business requirements and create high-level technical design documents and detailed technical specifications, in accordance with company architecture standards• Ability to test code as well as provide implementation plans and support for code migrations• Ability to debug production issues and provide primary and secondary production support on a rotating or as needed basis• Ability to work with other internal IT teams to complete project activities, such as Infrastructure, Architecture and Database teamsTechnical Skills:• HTML (XHTML and HTML 5)• CSS• AJAX• JavaScript• JQuery• XML, XSLT• ASP, ASP.Net, .Net framework version 4• C#• SQL Server (T-SQL), Oracle (PL/SQL)• .Net MVC-3 and above• ClearCaseInterpersonal Skills:• Ability to communicate effectively with peers and multiple levels of management• Ability to work independently; coordinate daily activities and tasks; handle multiple tasks simultaneously• Understanding of web platforms, design patterns, and secure web coding standards• Self-motivated with a high level of initiative• Knowledge of development and migration processes• Ability to analyze and interpret data• Ability to write and maintain application documentationEducationBachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related field
