About this job

Overview:

The Service Associate is responsible for managing the Online Order Pickup
process and experience in store. The Service Associate should be friendly,
efficient, and willing to serve the customer with whatever he/she needs during the
Online Order Pickup transaction.

Key Accountabilities:
  • OUTSTANDING Customer Service priority
  • Welcome the customer with a smile and a helpful attitude
  • Locate the online order and ensure it is packaged properly
  • Complete the transaction at POS and provide the customer his/her
    package(s)
  • Responsible for completing online order pick-up transactions in a timely
    and engaging manner
  • Field customer inquiries regarding their orders in person, via phone and email
  • Demonstrate knowledge of store departments and services and use this
    knowledge to facilitate further shopping
  • Floor coverage flexibility & dependability with schedules including nights
    and weekends
