Aerotek is actively looking for an Estimator.
Experience:
Analyze blueprints and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates
* Responsible for moving plans to take off
* Responsible for editing existing BOM's per customer specs and/or creating BOM's for completely custom homes
* Ability to read blue prints
* Consult with clients, vendors, personnel in other departments or construction foremen to discuss and formulate estimates and resolve issues.
* Confer with engineers, architects, owners, contractors and subcontractors on changes and adjustments to cost estimates and BOM
