We are seeking an exterior maintenance person to grade and level land around new homes, build burms and handle spreading mulch. Some light planting of flowers and bushes as well as spraying weeds and mowing of common areas is also needed. This is a PERMANENT opportunity for someone with the appropriate skills and the personality to communicate with home owners and residents.
