Assist us with strategic initiatives crossing business teams and operating groups as a Project Manager to coordinate call technology functions for the end-to-end call processes supporting project delivery. In this role, you will be main point of contact for call technology projects and processes within call services.
THIS IS NOT AN IT PROJECT MANAGER.
You will be a part of the UnitedHealthcare Call Technologies team managing call delivery projects mainly supporting the IVR and ISET (Integrated Service Experience Tool) applications. ISET is a web based application used by call centers to answer claim, eligibility, and benefit questions from our members and providers. This is an excellent opportunity to join an established and highly respected team.
The preferred location for this position is in Minnetonka, MN. Telecommute is considered.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Analyze business needs
- Managing call delivery projects for call routing, VCC desktop, IVR, survey outbound campaigns, click to call, chat and desktop. This will require coordinating with resources from each of these areas to drive business requirement development, timeline and maintenance and adherence.
- Participate in business requirements; includes ensuring all of the required RSA documentation, walk through meetings, business sign offs, and stakeholder reviews are completed.
- Work with IT partners on development requests. The resource will review business requirements, review system analysis documentation, schedule development work with the appropriate coordinators and be on point for resolving any issues.
- Work with VUI designer on IVR designs
- Support enhancement requests
- Perform as Subject Matter Expert on call delivery design
- Act as Primary point of contact for Call Technologies Team projects
- Present OBR information to leadership
- Responsible for end-to-end business process activities - creating, controlling and improving business processes.
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- 1+ years of Project management experience
- 2+ years of Business Analysis or data analysis
- Demonstrated ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely
- Ability to interact with key senior leaders within the business and technology functions
- Ability to work in a collaborative, results-orientated environment
- Comfortable supporting complex projects and less structured tasks
- Time management, organizational and prioritization skills
- Intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications:
- BS/BA degree
- Experience writing business requirements
- Requirements and Solutions Analysis training (RSA level 1 and 2)
- Self-driven, possess delegation skills, demonstrated ability to take initiative
- IVR and/or ISET knowledge
- Healthcare experience
- Call center experience
