We are adding Part Time Fulfillment (Picking and Packing) positions to our team on Oakwood Road.
The role of a Silver Star Brands Fulfillment Team Members is to complete customer orders efficiently and accurately. Team Member will generally have a specific area of focus and expertise. They will also be cross trained into additional functional areas as operating conditions warrant. They will be called on to assist with functions outside their focus area based on staffing and workflow. Team Members must be able to contribute to improvement efforts of high performance work teams.
Shifts available are either 6am - 3:30 pm or 7am - 4:30 pm. We only work 4 days per week, with Wednesday's being our day off. Starting wage is $9.66 per hour. These are NOT seasonal positions. Start dates are May 11 or May 26th!
The ideal candidate will have the ability to comprehend and follow instructions and to read and write in English. High School education is preferred. Must be customer focused and be able to contribute in an empowered team environment. Requires extended periods of standing, and the physical manipulation of merchandise and materials by walking, bending, grasping, pushing, pulling and lifting. Requires the ability to lift 5 to 15 pounds regularly throughout the day, with the ability to lift heavier weight of up to 40 pounds periodically.
