WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We are seeking to fill the position of Retail Sales Lead. The purpose of this position is as follows:
* Provide prompt, efficient and exceptional service within our customer-oriented environment in order to ensure an excellent experience at American Girl Place
* Motivate and inspire team to positively impact our customers shopping experience through gracious coaching and employee engagement
* Assist with the training and supervision of all current and new employees
* Assist department manager with the daily planning and operation of the department
Requirements
* Minimum two years' work experience in retail or service industry
* Strong customer service background a must; Prior supervision and/or leadership experience is required
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Experienced user of Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word
* Ability to work a flexible work schedule Monday through Sunday, that includes evenings and holidays
