Location: Wexford currently. Must be willing to move to RIDC Park (O'Hara Twp) in the next six months (RIDC Park-Pittsburgh, PA 15238) Looking to start someone ASAP Temp to hire

M-F 830-515 $12.98/hour 45 min unpaid lunch

Skills and Qualifications:   Must have a High School Diploma Full benefits. Must test any applicant on Typing (40 WPM Mininimum), Word and Excel. Job offer contingent upon criminal background check.  Customer service, product knowledge, qualify focus, problem solving, market knowledge, documentation skills, listening, phone skills, resolving conflict, analyzing information, multi-tasking, reliability, prior experience in professional office environment, ability to work with a team within a large organization.  P&C License preferred.   

Client will train on in house software. Resume required for consideration. Client will interview. Must be someone reliable looking to grow within the organization. Will be required to get Licensed later on after they are hired.

Job Description: Reporting to the Operations Manager-Service policies and claims and advise policyholders on coverage.  Accountable for retention.   

Duties: *Servies clients by answering product and service questions, provide information about all products and services. 

            *Maintains customer records by updating account informaton through Vertafore management system.

             *Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up ot ensure resolution. 

            *Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.

             *Contributes to team effort by acomplishing results as needed.

             *Works with  other teams on new business matters and retention.

Account Representatives will be responsible for the for speaking with clients in a professional manner and maintaining a high level of tact at all times.

All representatives are responsible for being courteous and kind and treating the client as if they are our only client. Representatives are accountable for their tone of voice, attitude, and work ethic at all times. Representatives must support all business needs as they may relate to the responsibilities of the business unit and support the Division Operations Manager in other duties and special projects assigned at the Manager's discretion.
