This position
will be multi-functional. Associate will fill and process orders for the lab,
monitor, update and communicate order statuses to other departments as well as
ordering and returning frames. They will be trained to manage the frame
catalogs in DVI and VMM which includes adding and editing frames.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Fill and process orders for the lab


• Ordering frames


• Returning frames


• Pulling back orders/enter notes in CSM for
  notification


• Make outgoing phone calls for frame status
  updates.


• Make edits in frame catalogs in both DVI and
  VMM

• High School Diploma/GED.
• Must be able to work 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM.
• Experience with navigating a Windows environment and utilizing Microsoft Office in a professional setting
