As the New Business Coordinator, you
will provide key accounts New Business Sales support for Account executives
handling employer groups with 100+ subscribers.
- Coordinate and execute the New Business Pre-sale
process to achieve increased profitable revenue growth. - Scrub Pre-sale.
- Obtain missing information from the
Brokers/consultant. - Analyze case information.
- Complete Proposal Request form. Submit cases to
manual rating and underwriting. - Coordinate Case strategy and Underwriting issues with
the Account Executive. - Request and coordinate the Geo Access reports.
- Update Sales Tracking system with case information
during Pre-sale process and upon sale. - Perform Quality review on Proposal/financial documents
and coordinate printing and collation. - Educate Brokers on New Business requirements (general
training and case-specific coaching). - Participate in special projects, as requested by management.
- Provide New Business Process subject matter
expertise. - Manage Account executive Broker assignments and
updates. - Multi-task and handle heavy workloads at busier times
of year.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED.
- Health Insurance License or the ability to obtain
licensure within 90 days of hire. - 3+ years of Sales Support experience (i.e. Sales Admin,
Sales Coordinator, Sales Operations, etc.). - 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and
Outlook, including document creation, data entry, tracking, sorting,
reporting, email, and calendar maintenance.
- Healthcare Insurance Industry experience.
- Working experience with RFP's (Requests for Proposals).
