This position is responsible for performing comprehensive research, managing program analytical and reporting portfolios, and identifying key business problems. Develops and improves quantitative data analytics and sets performance targets for the enterprise.  Interprets and analyzes clinical data from various sources and recommends best approaches for its consolidation.   

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develops full understanding of clinical programs being measured  


• Manages projects to completion by contributing to database design and development


• Creates and interprets statistical and financial models and reports


• Identifies and implements appropriate analytic approaches and methodologies and sets performance targets


• Performs statistical analyses to determine effectiveness of clinical programs (e.g. pre-post analysis, clinical trial results)


• Participates in the development of business strategy Extracts, aggregates and performs quality assurance on applicable data from multiple sources and tables


• Performs data analytics in support of trend identification, initiative, program development and validation


• Communicates results to relevant audiences and customers


• Provides ongoing communications on project status, results, and conclusions from analyses

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, Finance or Health Administration or related field


• 5+ years of Healthcare Analytics or Financial experience


• 5+ years of experience using SQL, SAS query techniques to access relational databases


• Proficient with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint


• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including ability to present ideas and concepts effectively

Preferred Qualifications:

• Graduate degree in relevant discipline and/or clinical designation


• Experience with Microsoft SSIS and/or Microsoft SSRS
