Company Founded in 1986 has worked with thousands of small businesses across 400 industries, which there mission is to increase profits and cash flow to small and mid-sized companies.

They are in a call center type environment with low cubicles. There are 20+ seats in the office.

For the new hires, they have lights on top of their desk that flash when they connect with an owner. This allows the manager to connect to shadow their calls and give them feedback. They must have a thick skin to be able to make this volume of calls to business owners. These are true cold calls and thy have to be able to ask questions, probe and use a consultative approach. They are a part of Partner America and US Conference of Mayors, which is the approach that they use when calling into businesses.

They use Sales Logix as their CRM. The log in each day and based on where the outside sales reps need appts, they target and call businesses in that area. They work primarily with businesses between 3-14 million in revenue and have at least 20 employees.

Training for the 1st week is 9am-3pm
From the second week on they are working from 8am-5pm.
