Job Description: As a Senior Application Engineer you will provide quality control as well as the complete design of the project, including all the programming to the building automation system.
Responsibilities:
* Candidate shall be responsible for design/engineering, programming, graphics, as-built drawings and/or operation manuals, material selection and purchasing, schedules, training and supervision with a primary goal to drive profitable growth and manage customer satisfaction.
* Position also requires the complete and accurate preparation of direct digital control engineering submittals that would include detailed wiring diagrams, network diagrams and system wiring details while maintaining the high quality company standards along with project requirements/specifications within the project budget constraints.
* Assist the Sales Engineers in acquiring job-costing information for proposals and change orders.
* Review and understand project plans and specifications to accomplish project goals and objectives.
* Develop DDC system design; prepare sequence of operations, valve and damper schedules and complete preparation of submittal package.
* Provide owner/operator site specific training complete with system documentation and operation manuals.

Job Requirements:
* Candidate should possess a solid understanding of HVAC, DDC electrical control systems and basic computer hardware and software skills along with strong technical and communication skills.
* Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office Suite applications, Microsoft Project, Siemens PPCL and AutoCAD.
