Job Description

As a Client Success Agent, you will report to the Director of Operations and will be responsible for handling user and client requests via Phone, Email and Online. The successful candidate must possess strong customer service and interpersonal skills along with strong analytical, organizational, and collaboration skills. The CSR will have the ability to effectively communicate including; reading, writing, speaking to a wide range of needs and audiences. They must be skilled at explaining technical terms in everyday language. The candidate must demonstrate the ability and willingness to complete several concurrent tasks with attention to time constraints, quality and sufficient detail. They must possess critical thinking and problem solving skills, planning and organizational skills, decision-making skills, and communication skills.

Skills/Responsibilities:

1. Proficiency in verbal and written communication
2. Must have prior experience dealing with and troubleshooting client requests and queries
3. Problem solving skills
4. Ability to multi-task and pay attention to detail
5. Experience with Online Customer Relationship Management tools
6. Technical understanding of eCommerce systems and transactions
7. Proficiency with social media sites like Facebook, Twitter, Google+ etc
8. Restaurant experience is a plus

This is a full time or part time position that require you to have the flexibility to work the evening shifts and weekends too. A typical shift timing would be 9AM - 3PM and 3PM - 11PM.
