Once you hit quota, you are given the opportunity to move up in the organization and make 2-3 times your first year income. We ONLY promote from within and we have an annual growth rate of over 30%.
JOB DESCRIPTION
We are a restoration construction company so we do 99% insurance work. What that means is our Field Reps are working in a neighborhood that has been damaged by storms. It is direct sale and your main duty is to perform free roof inspections in your designated territory, when you identify the necessary damage you contract with the homeowner using the contingency agreement that means if we get them approved by their insurance company that Premier Roofing will be their contractor for the most important restoration project they will ever do!
