Premier Parking is currently seeking friendly, motivated, fast-paced, customer service-oriented individuals to join our team of valet drivers. As a member of our valet team, you are performing on the front line of customer service. Our valet drivers have the first and last interaction with our customers, and should take pride in delivering the unique guest experience that we strive to provide our customers upon their immediate arrival at all of our valet locations.

This position reports directly to our Valet Supervisor.

Compensation: competitive base + tip income potential for up to $15/hour including tip income

EDUCATION, SKILLS, AND QUALIFICATIONS:

* Must be at least 18 years of age
* Must possess a High School Diploma or equivalent
* Must have current valid state driver's license with current address and acceptable driving record
* Ability to operate a manual (stick shift) transmission
* Ability to read, comprehend, communicate, and write simple correspondence effectively to both customers and/or employees
* Ability to subtract, add, multiply, and divide using US currency
* Must have reliable transportation to work
* Ability to work 8-10 hour shifts
* Flexibility to work nights and/or weekends
* Must be able to work outside in all types of weather conditions
* Flexibility to move and lift items of up to fifty (50) lbs., as needed
* Regularly required to run, walk, and/or stand for extended periods of time for the duration of scheduled shift
* Prior experience as valet driver preferred
* Vast knowledge of downtown Nashville streets, landmarks, freeways, or other helpful information preferred

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Must report to every schedule work day/shift on time
* Must arrive to work in complete uniform and maintain a neat, clean, and professional appearance upon and throughout entirety of each shift
* Carefully drive each vehicle to/from the assigned or designated valet spaces and/or area, never tampering with radio, lights, or any other personal accessories or personal property of a customer
* Inspect each vehicle and document any damage or necessary information pertaining to the vehicle
* Report any accidents, observed, or suspected violation of company policy, safety hazards, or anything unusual surrounding the vehicle, parking facility, or fellow employees to the Valet Supervisor or Management
* Assist customers with directions and other information as needed
* Respond to customer questions, complaints, or any other comments in a prompt, respectful, and helpful manner
* Observe and practice all traffic laws and safe driving practices
* Assist Valet Supervisor or Management with any additional duties as they become assigned
* Keep valet area neat and tidy at all times
* Must adhere, at all times and with no exceptions, to all company cash handling procedures
