Job Description
Locally company in Fort Lupton is currently seeking to fill several general labor positions. There are openings on 2nd shift (1pm to 11pm) $11.50/hr. This position is responsible for assembling materials and fabricated parts per specifications using hand or power tools. Responsibilities include:
•
Assist in setting up machinery to specifications.• Assemble trusses per order specifications.
• Check lengths, angles, and grades of raw material.
• Transport material to machine, place material in fixture, perform nailing or assembly operation.
• Restack and transport extra material in proper place.
• Maintain tools and equipment.
• Assist in housekeeping of assembly area, and assure storage area is maintained.
• Comply with all Company policies and procedures.
Benefits are available. Paid weekly! Individuals must be willing to submit a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
- Previous truss building experience is a plus but not required.
- Steel toed boots required and you must provide your own hammer.
- Must be ok with repetitive motion for up to 8-10 hours a day.
- Must be ok with working on cement floor for 8-10 hours a day.
- Ability to move and transport 50+ pounds.
