This key leadership position within the Provider Behavior Operation's organization will lead and drive strategic direction for a team of 10 Prevention team members (4 of which will be direct reports) and 14 Sanction team members (1 of which will be a direct report).

Positions in this function conduct and manage outcomes of various studies that include analyzing, reviewing, forecasting, trending, and presenting information for operational and business planning. They support short and long term operational/strategic business activities - by developing, enhancing and maintaining operational information and financial models.  They also develop and implement effective/strategic business solutions through research and analysis of data and business processes.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provides leadership to and is accountable for the performance of managers and/or senior level professional staff


• Works directly with clients to determine various SLA's and financial goals


• Leads people with a thoughtful strategy around engagement and embedding corporate cultural values within the teams


• Drives process improvement to enhance quality and productivity of outputs


• Manages fiscal responsibility by adhering to organizational budgets


• Overall accountability for achieving performance and financial goals

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years prior leadership experience of teams with 10 or more team members


• 5+ years of Healthcare experience


• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects/initiatives and drive to completion


• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with a client audience


• Advanced MS Excel, Word, and Access experience


• Moderate level of statistical background and understanding


• Strong operational leadership skills

• BS/BA Degree
