Customer Support Representative- Hardware - Full-time / Part-time

A well-established company in Cedar Falls, Iowa is NOW HIRING for a full time Customer Service Representative to join their team!

Job Duties:
- Will be taking calls daily
- Reponsible for troubleshooting and some e-commerce
- Answer customer questions in regards to questions about their account, locked themselves out of the system, specific hardware questions, etc.

Candidate Requirements:
- 2 year degree or prior experience (2 years)
- Customer Service personality
- Microsoft Excel: 1 plus years is necessary (Customers may send over things in Excel so they need to be able read spreadsheets and understand them)
- Microsoft certified (if not certified already, they have to be willing to get certified and at that level of Microsoft Office skills)

Hours- Monday through Friday; 8am-5pm.
