They serve nearly 20,000 clients, including corporations, governments, states, municipalities, healthcare organizations, education institutions, banks and investors in more than 100 countries. They offer a complete range of financial services to help clients achieve their goals and provide strategic advice, lend money, raise capital, help manage risk and extend liquidity. The Project Manager will be a member of the Digital and Creative Services team and be responsible for managing the creative production of brand and product campaigns, including custom content, videos, and online experiences. Daily tasks include facilitating workflow across multiple departments, working with video logistics and creating and updating schedules and production budgets. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for digital media and new technology and is a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for a mid- to senior-level, well organized individual who understands both the inner workings of a creative studio and the needs of marketing and business partners. You will be the communication hub that keeps everything working in harmony and ensures delivery that's on time and on budget. Responsibilities: Lead multiple client projects, with digital and print components, from inception to post-launch Create, communicate and update project schedules and status Define and track project deliverables, tasks, and timelines Work with marketing partners and Creative Services management team to ensure projects have clear goals with success metrics Proactively communicate project status and issues with marketing and business partners Manage content, design and development resources both internally and externally Own and manage budgets and financials for projects Work with external freelancers and vendors as needed for various projects Qualifications: 7+ years of project management experience, preferably with digital media or agency experience Experience with digital campaigns and projects Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects involving cross-functional teams within budgetary and schedule constraints Knowledge of the technology space and digital media industry Experience managing projects using project management software Excellent written and verbal communication skills Marketing strategy expertise Experience being in the thick of chaotic projects and juggling competing priorities Bachelor's Degree Nice to Haves: Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite Experience with the financial services industry Additional Details: Hours: Core hours are 8:00AM - 5:00PM Employment Type: Open ended contract with possible permanent employment conversion Integrity Staffing Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
