PrideStaff is seeking a Sales Representative for the Bloomington area. We are looking for an energetic, goal-oriented individual with demonstrated success and propensity for selling, negotiating, influencing and problem-solving in a privately-owned jewelry retail business environment.

Sales Representative Needed

As an Inside Sales Rep you will be responsible for developing new business and expanding our existing client base. You will make phone calls, attend networking events, and of course assist customers at the store location, as well as help with everyday office duties.

Qualifications:

Ability to be flexible and adapt to change

At least 18 years old and can provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States

Computer proficiency

Excellent interpersonal and strong communication skills

Must be a go getter, self-motivated, eager to succeed

Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen

• Sales, marketing or customer service experience
• Strong time management and problem solving skills

The ideal candidate is a team player who is aggressive and self-motivated to exceed sales expectations
