Office Administrator, Temporary-to-Hire

LOCATION: Vancouver, WA

SALARY: $15.00-$16.00/hour DOE

JOB DESCRIPTION: A national company seeks an experienced office administrator to join their small office team in Vancouver, WA. The Office Administrator will handle basic front desk duties including: Answering phones, filing and processing paperwork, data entry, pulling reports in QuickBooks, providing exceptional customer service to clients. Position does not offer medical benefits once hired on permanently. Hours for this position will be 32 hours per week, up to 40 as needed Monday-Friday 8:00-5:00.

QUALIFICATIONS: The ideal candidate for this position will meet the following qualifications:

- Must have at least four years of office administrator experience.

- Must have a High School Diploma or GED.

- Must be a motivated and able to work well independently.

- Experience working with QuickBooks and general accounting knowledge preferred, but not required.

- Must have strong Microsoft Office skills.

- Must be able to successfully pass a criminal background check.
