About this job
Our client in Northern McHenry County is looking for a new manager and 2nd in command.
The ideal candidate will have AR, AP, phone, and Quickbooks skills (60% of the job while the plant manager is in town). This job will also include management duties for a team of 5-10 employees - especially in owner's absence. All machine knowledge can be trained. Previous computer skills are most important.
Day shift. Most Friday's off. Pay will ramp up quickly for the right person. $14-16/hr to start with monthly reviews. High earning potential of $20/hr within 4-8 months. Compensation also includes profit-sharing opportunities.
Bilingual helpful. Must be a PROBLEM SOLVER.
