Home Instead Senior Care - Southwest Allegheny County and Washington County is seeking an enthusiastic, self-starter to join our passionate and dedicated Human Resources team in our Bethel Park office.

Our Human Resources Assistant is responsible for the organization of many functions and customer service for both Clients and CAREGivers in a VERY busy office. The position involves HEAVY phone, paper and computer work.  As a small team, we all wear many different hats during the day, so we also pitch in to assist our Service Coordination team to staff shifts.  Hours for this position are are Monday-Friday 10:00am-2:00pm

We are looking for someone who is able to...

ORGANIZE themselves and their tasks!
You must be able to multi-task, have energy to keep up with the pace and not get flustered when multiple calls/requests come in at same time.

TAKE PRIDE IN HELPING OTHERS!
Hiring and staffing an assignment with the right CAREGiver for the client is an accomplishment.  We are not interested in just hiring anyone or just filling a shift; we are building relationships. It may seem small, but everything we do MAKES A DIFFERENCE!

Be COMPASSIONATE but FIRM!
Yes, our business survives on building strong relationships but we are also a business. Customer service to clients, CAREGivers and co-workers needs to be stellar, but there are rules and everyone on the team must have the ability to be professional and be able to coach and educate - either in person or on the telephone.
