is a rapidly growing global distributor of natural cosmetics
currently seeking a full time talented and motivated individual
to join our Customer Service & e-commerce team.
This individual will provide exceptional customer service and order
fulfillment for Shop jane iredale e-commerce customers as required
in addition to the responsibilities and activities outlined below.
Key Responsibilities:
Communicate directly with customers either by telephone or electronically
Respond promptly and enthusiastically to customer inquiries
Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries
Process orders (pick, pack, and ship)
Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
and update customers' accounts
Communicate clearly, both written and in speech
Handle and resolve customer questions and concerns
In-depth knowledge of make-up in general and our product specifically
Education and Experience:
College degree preferred
Computer literacy and knowledge of e-commerce
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Experience in customer service
