We have a full-time/part-time opening for a Customer Service/Collections in Ottawa!!.
Must be able to work various shifts per week.
Requirements
CONTACT CENTER COLLECTIONS REPRESENTATIVE
This is a short term position 1st shift.
Performs customer facing financial services duties and coordinates the collection process associated with the largest and most complex business to business accounts.
Must possess the following qualities:
* Verbal Communication Skills
* Work in a professional manner.
* customer service skills,
* problem solving / investigation skills,
* some collection experience is helpful
* decision making
* Critical Thinking
* Work independently
* Ability to keep Confidential information private
* Aggressive and/ or confident personality that will come through as credible over the phone (timid personality will not be a good fit)
Provide support and perform assigned administrative functions in finance departments.
