*** Knowledgeable on conventional and organic farm methods, fertilizers, composting, compost tea, foliar feeding, organic and petro-fertilizers, herbal uses,
rock dusts, techniques, organic materials, mulches, and practical application of theory.
Able to work hard/smart and increase fruit yields per acre. Pruning, planting, weed/brush/tree removal and maintenance,
Agricultural and farm efficiencies increased. Must be able to work hard and improve the farm and orchards constantly.
***Willing and able to research books, journals, statistics, and on Internet, Blogs, Forums, YouTube, universities, etc.
***Practical, have common sense, multi-tasking abilities, able to work hard, long hours, determined, and work smart and very efficiently/ effectively. Very strong,
Physically/mentally fit and in good mental, emotional and physical health, Must have valid driver's license, medical insurance and bank account/ pay taxes, ability to run a successful business,
*** must have managerial abilities, confidence, intelligence, and experience. Ability to guide/supervise a field labor crew of 4-8 farmhands effectively and keep morale and leadership up front.
