Staffmark is currently searching for an experienced and dynamic Administrative Assistant for a client in a Community Development Center within Orange County. This is a great opportunity with a well established and stable company. Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of related experience.
Work Schedule: M-Th 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and working Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. with Every other Friday is off.
Duties include (but are not limited to) the following:
• Assist C level executives with daily tasks
• Produces information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics.
• Conserves executive's time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications.
• Maintains executive's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, taking minutes for meeting and travel.
• Able to function well in a fast paced environment with constantly changing priorities
• Advanced Outlook skills; Scheduling of numerous meetings with many participants, both internal and external; managing multiple calendars
• Intermediate/Advanced Word and Excel skill
• Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.

Requirements
Qualifications:
• Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in a related field
• Must have experience with calendaring, written and oral correspondence, and travel arrangements for a large fast paced organization
• Proficient on MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
• Types at a minimum of 60wpm
• Able to handle requests from internal and external customers
