Adult Day Health (ADH) is seeking a Full Time RN to provide nursing services, training and support to address the medical needs of elder Chinese individuals with various special needs. Mass ADH is a group of community-based day programs for elder and/or disabled adults with medical complexities and/or intellectual issues.


Every person needs the support of others, but we are looking for a very special person to support elder, Chinese adults with medical complexities. As a Registered Nurse (RN) with Mass ADH you'll be one of those special people. The RN role is critical to our success and exemplifies the wonderful mission driven work we do here every day.

Serve in a trusted role providing a range of nursing services:

  • Maintain clear and consistent documentation and charts
  • Administer medications
  • Take vital signs and blood sugars
  • Assist in coordination of care plans
Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing (RN) program
  • Current RN license
  • Two years of related experience
  • Experience working with medically complex individuals
  • Preferably fluent in Chinese -- Cantonese or Mandarin
  • Exceptional communication skills with an ability to establish rapport quickly
  • Strong attention to detail with superior documentation abilities
