Requirements

Mobile & Remote Services team is responsible for evaluating, developing, and delivering mobile & remote access technologies and applications that enable employees to work anytime, anywhere, from any device. This team will partner across all business lines to gather, review and approve the direction of internal mobile applications, while also working across the mobile technology groups to develop and drive firm wide standards, development tools and frameworks, and efficiencies across the mobile delivery channel.


This role is to be a Business Analyst / Project Manager hybrid on the team reporting into the Mobile Client Services Manager.

Main tasks and responsibilities
Analysis and Solution
Capture relevant information provided in elicitation sessions.
Prepare requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations.
Effectively validate and document requirement priorities based on detected business drivers.
Use a variety of elicitation techniques appropriate to each situation and stakeholder.
Contribute to preliminary design/mockup/wireframe of new apps or new functionality.
Accurately validate that documented requirements match the intention of stakeholders needs.
Define acceptance criteria that reflect the stakeholders expectation.
Help detecting and analyzing the impact of non- functional requirements on functional requirements and solution architecture.


Project Execution
Create project plans and be able to clearly articulate roles, project goals, and timelines.
Enforce project deadlines and schedules.
Identify, communicate and collaborate effectively with team members on issues and conflicts that have an impact on time, cost, scope, quality and risk.
Prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
Assist developers and QA analysts in the implementation phase and early detection of misunderstandings and bugs.
Create presentations, training material and training sessions for stakeholders or team members.
Coordinate vendor management activities related to projects
Lead project teams toward common project goal
Present status of projects to Senior Management

REQUIRED SKILLS
Job specific skills
Advanced Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Powerpoint, Project)
SharePoint (2010)
JIRA (including GreenHopper)
Experience with prototyping software, such as Balsamiq, Axure or iRise
Experience with design software, such as Photoshop, Illustrator and/or InDesign a plus
Knowledge of mobile development frameworks a plus
Knowledge and experience with mobile app testing in a lab environment
Technical skills
1 - 3 years expertise in managing agile or iterative application development project, scrum master certification a plus
3 - 5 or more years of IT Project / Program Management experience, and relevant business or team leadership
PMI-ACP or ScrumMaster certification a plus
1+ year user experience design, interaction design, information architecture or usability experience specifically in the areas of mobile application and web design
Knowledge of programming languages and software technologies Java, JS, C++, objective C, HTML 5.0, web service interfaces such as SOAP/XML, REST/JSON, development for iOS and Android platforms a plus
Ability to write user stories and associated acceptance criteria
Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills
Knowledge of psychology, human factors and/or cognitive engineering a plus
