About this job
We have a full-time/part-time opening for a Entrance Attendant - PM.
Must be able to work various shifts per week.
Requirements
Entrance Attendant
Basic Duties:
* To greet, and provide assistance when appropriate, all visitors, patients and others as they enter the facilities building.
* Provide information regarding directions and location of specific services.
* Proactively works to resolve all questions, concerns and assistance needs to the customer's best interest.
* Monitor and control all traffic through the circle drive during hours of service.
* Assist customers and patients that require wheelchair assistant
* Assist with traffic flow and patient drop off
* Assure that the driveway to is clear and remains environmentally safe and free of obstacles and hazards.
Requirements:
* High School Diploma or G.E.D.
* Minimum 1 year experience with public / customer service
* Excellent communication and guest relations skills.
* Ability to clearly communicate
Possible Schedule:
* 1:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
* 1:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
