Job Description: BDC Representative (Sales)


BDC Representatives are primarily responsible for generating sales opportunities through the setting of solid appointments. Additionally, BDC Reps are responsible for communicating with customers via phone and email, providing premium customer service, and giving T/O's when necessary. BDC Reps report to their Team Leader and the BDC Manager for Sales.

BDC Reps are responsible for:
* Generating adequate activity levels (depending on the reps developmental group):
 Call Volume
 Contacts
 Emails
* Adequate production (appointments, shows, etc. depending on the reps developmental group)
* the BDC's contribution to the individual dealerships' Sales Objectives
* Following all scripts and techniques as trained and directed
* Timely and quality response to Internet Leads
* Complying with all BDC processes, procedures, and policies including but not limited to:

 Appointment Policies
 Script usage and Objection Handling
 CRM utilization
 T/O processes
 Accountability Tools (Phone Up logs, Missed Appt/Unsold Logs, etc.)
 BDC Guidelines and Regulations

BDC Representatives are primarily responsible for generating service opportunities through the setting of solid appointments. Additionally, BDC Reps are responsible for communicating with customers via phone an email, providing premium customer service, and giving T/O's when necessary. BDC Reps report to their Team Leader and the BDC Manager for Service.

BDC Reps are responsible for:
 Generating adequate activity levels (Inbound and Outbound)
 Contacts
* Adequate production (appointments, shows, etc.)
* Contributing to the team's Service Objectives
* Following all scripts and techniques as trained and directed
* Timely and quality response to all inquiries
* Contributing to good CSI
* Assisting with the collection and updating of contact information within the customer database (phone numbers, addresses, and email addresses)
* Complying with all BDC processes, procedures, and policies including but not limited to:

 Appointment Policies
 Script usage and Objection Handling
 DMS utilization
 T/O processes
 BDC Guidelines and Regulations
