Customer Service Consumer Lending - Full-time / Part-time

Our cleint in Beaverton, OR. This position is for the Lending team but they will be servicing a new portfolio for our cleint. This portfolio will require some collections and payment plans. Both inbound and outbound calls.

Job Description:
-Identify account holder and verify account information
-Assist consumers with a high level of customer service in a variety of areas, for example:
-Lost / Stolen
-Disputes
-Credit Card Re-issue
-Account Inquiries
-Payment negotiations & phone pays
-Adhere to all regulatory guidelines and procedures
-Meet required deadlines on assigned projects

Qualifications:
- Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times, in all situations
- Working knowledge of all applicable regulatory guidelines and procedures
- Superior written and oral communication skills
- Flexibility to adapt well to change
Type 30 WPM
-Experience working on TSYS operating systems preferred
-Minimum 2 years applicable experience
-Ability to work various shifts
-HS Diploma/GED
These individuals would be good to have experience with a dialer system and outbound collections-we like to see solid job history with minimal jumping around.
