Requirements
In-Bound Call Center Rep
Inbound contact center customer service representative that handles calls, chats, and e-mails. Customer Service Reps will serve as an Advocate for each customer while balancing customer needs against company priorities answering all calls promptly with a high level of professionalism and courtesy. Accurately and efficiently provide all product and/or service information using available resources. Must be able to work one weekend day a week. Flexibility is available. Perfect opporunity for college students. Pay is determined on experience, with a minimum starting wage of $8.50/hour.
