We have a full-time/part-time opening for a Contract Administrator.

Must be able to work various shifts per week.

Requirements

  • Demonstrates proficiency in product knowledge, its applications and all related job functions
  • Makes initial contact with the customer upon receipt of an order to establish a dialogue and to determine the points of contact between the customer and company
  • Manages multiple customer projects and maintains all schedules for the customer's order
  • Coordinates required schedule requirements between all departments
  • Assists other departments by coordinating and documenting changes that may be required occasionally by the customer
  • Ensures timely construction schedules by coordinating delivery arrangements with the customer and contractor schedules
  • Coordinates product deliveries by arranging the shipping requirements and providing information to the Administrative Assistant for the preparation and distribution of shipping authorization forms
  • Assists customer and/or contractors in resolving problems that may arise after delivery of the product
  • Coordinates shipment material if necessary
  • Documents each incident completely for assistance in the internal investigative process
  • Aids in customer requests and addresses questions or concerns via customer phone call, email, or fax


Contract Administrator
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to operate general office equipment
  • Must possess strong customer service skills
  • Ability to complete daily tasks based on customer's requests
