We have an immediate opening for Interns in the Business Service Delivery Operations in Dublin, OH. Our internship will provide student interns with practical work experience designed to expand their classroom education and career path as they prepare for a profession in the Customer Care field. Interns will support project management activities for the Customer Care organization which includes center reporting, analytics and metrics, presentation preparation, and project and/or schedule preparation.

Responsibilities:

Provide analytical support Ability to solve problems Assist with recurring reporting activities Structure and convey information in verbal and written presentation formats Organize and manage multiple projects simultaneously Ability to work with all levels of employees Assist with coordination and tracking of projects Other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications: Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and communications skills Ability to work independently (i.e., take high-level direction, create approach, plan and implement to successful deliverable completion) Ability to work an end-to-end process Demonstrates strong analytical skills Business case development skills Proficient in Microsoft Office products: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project and Internet Knowledge of program/project management practices Ability to manage multiple job responsibilities simultaneously Highly motivated, organized, reliable, and detailed oriented Strong sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines Effective in a technical and changing environment Flexible and adapts well to change Professional appearance and attitude Job Requirements Must submit a resume, transcript, and an instructor letter of recommendation (at time of interview) Must have a 3.0 GPA or above Must be currently enrolled at a 4-year accredited College or University Must be classified as a Junior, Senior or Graduate Student Must work 40 hours per week during the 10 week summer session Must be working toward a major in Business, Marketing, Informatics, Communications, or Journalism Must have strong PC skills, and demonstrated ability using applications including MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word EEO Statement No Discrimination.
