AssureNET Administrator Opening!

Job Description

Support a regional instance of AssureNET through system monitoring, end user support, various projects and training. Support month end and year end activities. Process daily maintenance requests and assist end users as needed as well as support audit requests by extracting/formatting data from system. Act as a liaison between business users and off-site IT support including participating in weekly status meetings. Troubleshoot system issues, provide efficient and effective status updates to various off-site stakeholders and prioritize tasks from multiple entities. Work with third party vendor to resolve technical issues, manage user licenses and settle annual payments.

Responsibilities:
Analytical skills required
Ability to collect data and establish facts and identify trends and variances
Ability to integrate information from a variety of sources with varied levels of complexity
Ability to review, interpret and evaluate statistical information
Ability to formulate and test hypotheses for the purpose of forecasting outcomes

Required Sills/Education

Proficient in AssureNet
SAP experience preferred
Microsoft Office
1-2 years of experience working with AssureNet
Bachelor degree
