The Manager Store Process I for Automotive manages the day to day operations of Tire Point of Sales (TPOS) in the stores.
Job Summary:
This role support the day to day operations of TPOS in 670 stores supporting defect identification and resolution, equipment issues and supporting stores with technical TPOS questions.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
Work with the Field and TPOS development manager to identify defects in TPOS code after the code has been released to the field
Work with a team of off-shore resources to fix defects in code that has been released to the field.
Provide feedback and input into all new TPOS code releases to enhance current and future processes.
Provide support to the stores by managing the help ticket and invalid transaction processes.
Interact with the IT&G TPOS architecture and development teams to ensure the requirements are properly coded
Requirements:
3+ Years of Experience
Required Skills:
Solid written and verbal communications skills with all levels of the organization
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills, with a focus on root cause and subsequent resolution
Proficient in Excel and other standard desktop tools
Solid background in Sears Auto Center operations and strategies
Preferred Skills:
Field experience in the SAC environment
Understanding of computer programming and development.
