Key responsibilities include:
* Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting as needed
* Transferring residents to and from activities and meals according to their individual service plans
* Serving meals to residents in the dining room or their apartments
* Providing residents with emotional and social support, as well as encouraging independence and activity participation
* Provides direct care to residents following an individual service plan, treats each resident with respect and dignity, recognizes individual needs, and encourages independence. Fosters a homelike atmosphere throughout the community

We seek the following qualifications:  
* High School diploma or GED
* One year of caregiving experience
* Flexibility with schedule
* Must enjoy working with the senior population
