A growing steel fabrication facility is seeking hard-working individuals to work full-time in their structural assembly department.
Structural Fitter-Assemblers will be responsible for using hand and power tools to fit and build structural steel assemblies according to blueprints.
Candidates for this position have previous experience working with hand / power tools, using grinders, operating overhead cranes, reading a tape measure, and interpreting blueprints. Previous work experience construction, carpentry, or metal fabrication is highly desired. Candidates must be comfortable standing for up to 12 hours per shift, lifting up to 75 pounds, and working in an industrial manufacturing environment.
