The Data Consultant responsibilities include:

• Provide valuable consultation and expertise in program outcomes reporting and analysis tools.

• Provide oversight and assistance to IT for data integrity.

• Provide business analysis and development support for core healthcare analytic solutions

• Support internal and external customers with decision support information derived through healthcare data analysis.

• Analyze system performance and outcomes to maintain and improve efficacy of analytic systems.

• Monitor changes related to healthcare data and claims submission standards to identify enhancements for analytic systems. Required Qualifications:

• Previous work experience in healthcare or disease management industry required. • Advanced technical skills with proficiency in SQL 2008 or other DBMS software and Microsoft Excel or Access is required. • Experience with database table design, stored procedures and understanding system process flows. • Advanced statistical analyses experience is required. • Proven ability to analyze large data sets and solve problems. Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with SAS or SSRS and Healthcare data experience a plus. • Ability to effectively manage and deliver on client expectations within book of business. • Ability to communicate and present effectively in front of large audiences. • Strong leadership skills. • Strong self-learner and ability to work independently. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage tight deadlines. Effectively leverage team resources to support client business needs • Appropriate prioritization of business requests to ensure focus on high-impact activities and development of technology solutions for increased capacity including being able to modify existing tools/models to resolve complex client problems • Ability to extract, manipulate and analyze large data sets via existing Accordant data warehouse. • Able to communicate complex findings in to Director and VP level • Provide insight and information using industry and technical knowledge to elicit client retention and engagement with Accordant program • Communicate reporting results, financial values, and outcomes to internal and external clients as needed. • Acquire and maintain expert knowledge on Disease Management industry products and programs. • Creative thinking to develop leading solutions to respond to changing healthcare landscape from a technology angle. • Acquire and maintain expert knowledge on Accordant data warehouse and claims information. Education:

Degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science or other data-related fields preferred. Master’s or other advanced degree preferred. Business Overview:
