Requirements

Manpower is currently recruiting for a dynamic Sr. Site Operations to work for our top client in Bentonville, AR!

Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop fleet performance reports on critical hardware errors.
  • Develop and maintain break-fix performance metrics.
  • Develop ad-hoc device performance reports as requested by the customer.
  • View details of events and remotely interact with devices using the device web page or remote operator panel to assist with help desk troubleshooting and Output Device problem resolution.
  • Work with customer and onsite Systems Engineers to improve fleet management.
  • Conduct and help coordinate MADC/IMAC activity.
  • Manage assets in ARMS: Missing Meter Reads, Moves, Adds, Swaps, Billing Details and Standard Reports to ensure timely, accurate invoices.
  • Support the PMO/Installer in the implementation and deployment of new print technology, support services, and ARMS upload.
  • Create and Manage the CHL (Customer Hierarchy Level or Reporting Structure).
  • Maintain a 98% Meter Read Capture Rate.
  • Analyze data to optimize fleet. Device inventory collection reconciliation and analysis - identify and resolve asset data integrity issue.
  • Work with Business Operations to produce and review fleet status reports with customers and management.
  • Manages the creation of monthly , weekly and daily reporting to monitor and manage fleet performance.
  • Maintain customer contact and end-user relationship to assure high level of customer satisfaction. Occasionally, engaging users and customer management to repair and strengthen customer relationships.
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in printer operations support, managed print services, distributed fleet management or output management.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience as Customer Operations Specialist or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in an analytical position such as system admin/business analyst is a plus.
  • Experience managing a help desk or in field service delivery as a technician is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to use Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Project).
  • Experience with knowledge bases, field retrofits, PM's, and service call management database utilities is a plus.
  • Knowledge of IP protocol schema and basic network protocols such as SNMP.
  • Demonstrated ability to apply a systematic approach to problem solving through analysis of the problem and evaluation of alternative solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate complex ideas in effective, concise fashion in both verbal and written format.
  • Ability to work effectively and cooperatively with customers, remote team members and managers.
  • Able to anticipates potential problems and promptly initiates preventative and/or corrective measures.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working alone within a customer environment dealing day to day with customer prime contacts and end users.
  • Demonstrated ability and flexibility to perform in a multi-tasking environment.
