JOB DESCRIPTION
First line of contact for Spanish and English speaking customers, hostesses, consultants and organizers. Resolve issues and respond to questions received from our field via phone. Must understand all product, marketing and sales offerings to respond to questions and concerns accurately and in a professional manner.
* Primary and initial contact for both Spanish and English speaking customers, hostesses, consultants when they have questions or problems with issues such as exchanges, verifying information, credit authorization, or damaged goods, etc.
* Document problems and issues, determine available resources and course of action for resolution. Such actions may include, but are not limited to: tracing shipments, expediting replacement and exchange of product, issuing refunds, etc.
* Interpret and explain Company, sales and marketing programs and policies to callers in Spanish and English.
* Process requests for information and resolve order issues in accordance with department standards.
* Will be managed based on a balanced scorecard that includes Quality, Productivity, Schedule Adherence, and teamwork. Meet a minimum average quality score of 90%. Meet a minimum daily adherence score of 90%.
* Continuously learning and training as part of a pre-determined succession plan.

LEVEL OF SUPERVISION RECEIVED
Under general supervision, proceeds along on regular duties, referring questionable cases to Team Leader or others.
EDUCATION, TRAINING and/or EXPERIENCE
High School diploma or equivalent plus a minimum of two (2) years related experience is required. College degree or coursework preferred.
TECHNICAL SKILLS, CERTIFICATES, and/or LICENSES
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel is preferred with strong data entry skills)
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Fluency in both Spanish and English is required. The ability to accurately interpret and explain Company information clearly in both languages, verbally and in writing, is required. Ability to read and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or government regulations. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public.
