Job Type: Full Time Position Summary:

Provide subject matter expertise and strategic support of RxClaim Coding for the Benefit employees within the Employer, Health Plan, and Aetna Client Service Teams

•Establishing and driving compliance of RxClaim coding standards to increase efficiency and quality output

•Manage a team of RxClaim Subject Matter Experts supporting new RxClaim functionality and new product development

•Manage allocation and support of 100 offshore resources supporting RxClaim Benefits during 4Q Welcome Season

•Champion new RxClaim functionality and Benefit tools across the Client Service Teams Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of progressive experience culminating in a leadership role in a health care benefits services industry or a similar industry.

•Working knowledge of the Microsoft suite of products including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

•Well-developed management, written & oral communication, and presentation skills.

•Advanced business management skills including: operations, forecasting, finance, accounting, resource/materials management, distribution, QA/QC, statistical analysis, and reporting.

•Demonstrated skills planning, executing, and managing complex initiatives and functions.

•Ability to identify processes, functions, and procedures requiring improvement, then develop and execute appropriate solutions.

•Strong Leadership Competencies in the areas of Inspiring Trust, Open Communication, People Development, Strategic Focus.

•Ability to attract highly skilled people, develop and build a high performance culture.

•Sell: Get to drive and execute strategy; embarking on a whole new level of automation; nice tie with technical development and operational perspective; great visibility within the organization

•Operational Skills: Tracking, continual process improvement, execution, sphere of influence, resourceful across company, ability to engage clients, short reaction time, leadership, collaboration

•Group size: Less than 10 but influencing 400-500

•Supporting new business

•Driving standards and benefits approach Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in healthcare / PBM desired, Clinical knowledge Education:
