Description:
The operators/driver trainers will execute and sustain PMCS on all DOTS tracked and wheeled vehicles.
Executes and sustains preventive maintenance checks and services (PMCS) on all DOTS tracked and wheeled vehicles.
Provides operator level preventive maintenance checks and services on all tactical tracked and wheeled equipment used to support Programs of Instructions and Non-Programs of Instruction equipment.
Qualifications
* Valid state driver's license. Ability to obtain and maintain a military driver's license
* Ability to obtain and maintain a Defensive Driver's Course (DDC) Card
* Pre-employment (drug-test) and Annual physicals
* High school education and equivalent communication skills (oral and written)
* Experience in tactical tracked and wheeled vehicle operations to include driver responsibilities and Communications equipment Basic vehicle maintenance skills, and experience with hand tools, both manual and power
* Physical requirements- The contractors shall be able to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds individually.
* Experience in driver maintenance, operation, and procedures for vehicle driven
* Experience in preparation of trip tickets, service records, and accident reports.
* Experience in hand tools, manual and power.
* Experience with all wheeled vehicle operations.
* Graduate of Army-approved Instructor course
* Members of the team must have and maintain:
* Valid forklift driver's license and warehouse experience
* Commercial Driver's License
