The Sr. Analytics Manager, Digital Adoption
will be responsible for accelerating the pace of digital innovation at
CVSHealth with high-impact actionable insight generation through analytics.
This individual and their team will be responsible for planning and executing
analytics supporting digital adoption of CVS Health Retail Pharmacy, Front
Store & Minute Clinic and communicating to various stakeholders. This
person will partner with the key stakeholders in the digital group to identify
opportunities to bring more visitors to the site and engage visitors more
effectively on the site. This person will also identity opportunities to
leverage various channels and assess effectiveness of marketing and outreach
programs by working with the digital adoption team to design and validate
various initiatives. Additionally, this individual must function as a highly
effective leader in a matrix environment given the role of serving stakeholders
on the enterprise and business unit teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Drive
analytics to support Digital Adoption for Retail Pharmacy, Front Store &
Minute Clinic
·
Perform
in-depth analysis from end-to end on the digital customer behavior which
includes understanding the business needs and translating to analytic requests,
extracting data from a variety of databases, manipulate and analyze using
quantitative, statistical, and visualization tools
·
Perform
data mining and statistical analysis/modeling to identify high value customer
segments and the key touch points that influence /predict customer response
behavior and metrics including LTV
·
Work
with adoption team to increase customer digital adoption and retention rates
·
Analyzing
costs for new digital customer acquisition programs and retention programs.
Make strategy recommendations on how best to invest in each customer segment
and media;
·
Assess
effectiveness of various channels (e.g., emails, search engines, paid search)
and recommend appropriate mix to the team
Develop strategies to assess effectiveness of various offers and campaigns by designing tests, measuring effectiveness and incorporating feedback in future planS
· Leverage advanced techniques to drive enhancements
for Digital campaigns across Retail Pharmacy, Front Store & Minute Clinic
·
Leverage
segmentation and more advanced modeling techniques to drive results
Collaborate with program owner on identifying opportunities for A/B or multivariate tests and sizing expected impact feedback in future plans ·
Develop infrastructure to drive
digital analytics for Retail
Required Qualifications:
1. 5 to 8 years of related experience required
2. Demonstrated strength in leading an analytics team, conducting data-driven analyses to solve business problems ideally in marketing disciplines customer research, attribution analytics, digital analytics and online-offline modeling
3. Strengths in structured and logical thinking, problem solving, issue resolution, and attention to detail
4. Ability to generate insight from complex analytics and make digestible to the masses
5. Curiosity and entrepreneurial with the ability to set a vision, orchestrate a process to execute on that plan, and influence and inspire others
6. Strong planning, organizational and process management skills
7. Expert in presenting recommendations in a clear and concise way to “tell a story” with data
8. Experience leading cross-functional teams including non-reports
9. Proven ability to collaborate broadly with flexible, positive attitude and ability to get results
10. BS or MS in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, Engineering or related degree, MBA a plus.
11. Experience in retail or other consumer focused industries
12. Technical Skill requirements:
o Business Intelligence (BI) Tools: SQL Reporting Services, Microstrategy, Cognos, Tableau, SAS, SPSS and/or R
o Web Analytics Tools: Google Analytics, Webtrends, Omniture, Coremetrics
o Expert skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; With the ability to use advance features such as pivot tables and design templates
Proficient in designing/building data warehouses and/or experience with the deployment of reporting/dashboard solutions from the ground-up.
